Consulting
The technology behind a Wiki is certainly straightforward, but the impact and reaction in a company can range from the profane to the profound. So, if your Wiki gets ignored, you've probably just dropped some technology on some people. And such dumping is surely an ineffective way to spread innovation!
Wiki are simply a mechanism for sharing. But why share? And how? It is not in people's nature, for we all know, knowledge is power.
